Typical Usage:

1. E-mail package: This package is for organisations that do not require a website or dialup, but need e-mail addresses using a custom domain name. The 20 E-mail accounts and unlimited aliases should be sufficient for a SME or similar business.
2. Easy package: This package offers an organisation or individual a small website with ten e-mail addresses. The website space is sufficient for an Informational website / Brochure and the ten e-mail accounts can be extended using aliases
3. Basic package: This package is suitable for a organisation or SME that requires a more advanced website. This typically includes support for Forums, E-commerce or Shopping applications or a website using a Content Management System like Postnuke, PHPNuke, Mambo Server or Drupal, due to the included PHP and MySQL database.
4. Standard package: This package introduces multi-domain support. Up to 10 domain names can be linked to a single hosting package, each pointing to a seperate website if required. Also, three MySQL databases are available, which can be used for seperate websites or multiple website applications that require databases. This package is therefore suitable for a small business with several websites and a small number of employees to use the 50 E-mail accounts.
5. Advanced package: This package can be used by Web Designers or Hosting Resellers to supply website hosting to their clients. It offers sufficient space (500 MB), sufficient databases (5) and sufficient E-mail accounts (100) to support a small Web Design bureau so they can supply website space to their design clients, making it unnessary to worry about supporting a dedicated webserver and the maintenance that goes with it. The package also offers advanced features like JSP hosting, and a webmaster would be able to access the system using FTP.

Note:

*1. Domain registration of one co.za domain is FREE for all Web Hosting options on the Basic, Standard and Advanced levels, provided the client hosts the site on our server for a minimum of 12 months.

Note: You do not need to pay in advance for a year – we only need a commitment to host for a year. This is also not a contract – you can always give 30 days notice and cancel. However, if the client decides to cancel hosting before the end of the 12 months the Domain Registration fee of R150 will be payable before any domain is released, if the client agreed to receive abovementioned Free domain. Each client has the right to a 30 days money-back guarantee if services are found to not compare with expected service levels. The annual UniForum renewal fee (R50/year) for the domain is for the client’s account, and the client will be invoiced after the first year.

2. If you have trouble uploading your site, assistance will be rendered on the initial upload, IF your site is in a completed state or if you require a single placeholder page. The client is responsible for the maintenance of the site, unless arrangements have been made with eStart for (paid) scheduled maintenance.
